Daisy is a gentle girl who just needs a little time to feel comfortable with new people. She may take a minute to warm up, but once she does, her sweet personality really shines through. Daisy does well with other dogs and enjoys their company, and she rides great in the car, making her an easy companion for trips and adventures.
She is mostly potty trained and crate trained, and she walks nicely on a leash, making her a great companion for daily strolls. Daisy is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped and dewormed. She did test heartworm positive and is currently undergoing the slow-kill method of treatment. She will need to be kept on an ivermectin based monthly heartworm prevention until she can be retested in February 2027.
With a patient and loving home, Daisy is sure to blossom into a loyal and wonderful companion.
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
