Mixed Breed Dogs Available for Adoption

Come meet me and 75+ of my adoptable friends at Louie's Legacy Animal Rescue's Super Adoption Event, Furever Yours! Sunday, February 15th, 2026 at Paradise Island in Staten Island from 11am - 3pm!

Meet Sheridan! This adorable 3yearold, 15lb poodle is ready to find a gentle, patient family to call his own. He's a softhearted boy with a tender personality-sweet, sensitive, and happiest when he feels safe and loved.

He can be a bit shy at first, but once he trusts you, his affectionate side blossoms. He's the kind of pup who thrives in a calm home where he can take his time warming up and build confidence at his own pace.

He's mostly peepad trained and fully crate trained, making him an easy companion as he continues learning the ropes of home life. With consistency and kindness, he'll keep making great progress.

If you're looking for a loving little poodle who just needs someone to believe in him, this boy will reward you with loyalty, sweetness, and a gentle spirit that's impossible not to adore.

Sheridan is currently being fostered in Staten Island, NY. His adoption fee is $550.

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
