Ciabatta (or Baby Batta, as she is lovingly nicknamed) is such a special pup. She previously lived in rough conditions in the Clearlake shelter -- likely in a wire crate for a long time -- but is so ready for her next chapter. She may start off shy and nervous around new people and in new places. But you can tell she wants to be brave. She's enjoying going for walks, running around in yards, and eating tasty treats. But Baby Batta's favorite thing EVER is being around other dogs. When she has a buddy she completely lights up. She would like to go home with a confident resident dog that can show her that the world is fun and isn't scary. Ciabatta weighs about 35lbs. ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
