Mixed Breed Dogs Available for Adoption

SIR is an adorable puppy who was rescued from a box of 8 puppies that were abandoned at Hawthorne Racetrack. Although we make our best guess on the breed and size (we think Shepherd Mix/Cattle dog), because we do not know who mom and dad(s) were, we can never be completely certain of the genetic makeup of the puppy. What we do know is that they are 100% RESCUED!

This litter is very smart, incredibly social and ready to get on with their next adventure in a loving home!

Foster Home Location: Des Plaines, IL

Adoption Fee: $400 (includes deworming, microchip with free registration, age appropriate vaccinations and spay or neuter). Any donation above the adoption fee is appreciated and helps us continue to rescue dogs.

Please remember that puppies require a midday meal, frequent potty breaks, and plenty of playtime for the first several months. Make arrangements if needed to have someone visit midday, every day, if no one will be home.

To give them time to grow, we do not spay/neuter young puppies prior to adoption. However, it is required by law for all adopted dogs adopted from IL rescues and shelters to be altered. The cost of the surgery is included in the adoption fee if performed at a ROAR vet when the puppy is of proper age. Adopters may use their own vet at their own cost as long as proof of the surgery is provided by the due date.
