Mixed Breed Dogs Available for Adoption

Meet Sammy! She is about 2 years old and weighs 45 lbs. Sammy is very playful and gets along with all kinds of dogs. She’s always looking for someone to play with and loves chewing on her bone. Her energy level is medium. When she goes outside to play in the yard, she runs around, but once she’s back inside, she calms down and keeps herself entertained with her toys or her bone. She loves sleeping near her humans. She is good with kids. She tends to chase cats so a cat free home would be best for her. She doesn’t prefer to be crated. She does well left out of the crate.

Sammy is currently with a foster in Tijuana. Our next available transport date is 2/28/26. They must have either an approved foster or adopter in order to confirm their spot on the transport.

OUR ADOPTION PROCESS IF THE DOG YOU APPLIED FOR IS COMING ON A TRANSPORT:

If the dog you applied for is coming on a transport they will have a future arrival date within their profile. You will need to pick up in Puyallup at the set time & day you are asked to arrive (no other arrangements will be made). There will NOT be a meet and greet. We will not have fosters ready for the dogs planned to go on trial adoptions. For this reason, we will be asking for a $100 deposit for any dog going on a trial adoption at the arrival of the transport. Which will go towards their adoption fee. If you cancel 72 hours before arrival this will be nonrefundable and considered a donation.
