Introducing Amelia!
Amelia is a 1-year-old, 60lb mixed-breed beauty with the cutest brindle-colored head and a bright white body that makes her absolutely unforgettable. This sweet girl is the definition of a "house hippo" - happiest when she's lounging on the couch, melting into your lap, and soaking up all the cuddles you're willing to give.
Amelia is super affectionate and gentle, and she truly wants to be close to her people. She's good with other dogs, walks nicely on a leash, and is comfortable in a crate - in fact, she enjoys having a quiet little space of her own to relax and recharge. She's also great for handling and nail clipping, which shows what a trusting and cooperative girl she is.
She knows her name, isn't destructive, and is overall a very well-mannered pup. Amelia does have some prey drive, but ignored a cat during a a test introduction. She's also still a bit nervous and learning that the world isn't such a scary place. With a patient, loving home and a little confidence-building, she will absolutely blossom.
One of her favorite things? Water! Amelia loves sitting in puddles and splashing around whenever she gets the chance.

Amelia is spayed and up-to-date on vaccines.

The adoption fee for this dog is $425 which includes routine vetting and spay/neuter.
