Ben has already been through more than most dogs ever should-but you'd never know it by the way he looks at you.

After coming in with a devastating ear injury, Ben was given a second chance thanks to Runaways Animal Rescue. He has now undergone a TECA surgery, and his ear had to be fully removed-but he is finally on the path to healing and living pain-free.

Despite everything, Ben is incredibly sweet, gentle, and trusting. He loves people, does great with other dogs, and has shown zero interest in cats.

This boy has lost an ear, but not his spirit. If anything, he's even more deserving of a home that will give him the love and comfort he's always deserved.
