DESCRIPTION
Meet Sekhmet, an approximately 2 year old lady who came to us as a stray. She has a little nub tail that she wiggles when she meets you, and loves to lean in for pets. She has done well meeting another dog, so if you have a potential doggie sibling for her, feel free to bring them in for a meet and greet! We don't believe she would be successful with cats, however, and she is looking for a neighborhood that isn't super urban and busy. We think Sekhmet is a cane corso mix, and a HARP training class scholarship is included with her adoption to help her new parents work with her breed specific instincts and set her up for success. She already knows "sit," is treat motivated and a quick learner. Sekhmet has a lot of love and loyalty to devote to her new people - could that be you?

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
