Rainbow - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Per staff 3/16: Rain is a snuggle bug! She was loose in the room and would try to hop up on her handlers lap for attention. She layed on her handlers lap leaning in for pets and giving kisses. She remained loose while getting pet and would lean in. She was social with the other two handlers as well. When a new handler walked in she had loose body language and did bunny hops in the air for attention.
