Josie - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Oshkosh, Wisconsin

Sweet and lovely doesn't even begin to describe this special girl, Josie. She's still a youngster at 16 months old, she just wants love and stability, a home to call her own and somewhere she can grow up loved, to become confident and be her best self! She's an attention lover and incredibly affectionate. Although she has her moments of being shy/nervous with strangers at times, if you let her say hello at her pace, she doesn't take long to become your bestie. There isn't one person that Josie wouldn't want to be friends with!

-16 months (approx. 1 & a half years old), she weighs 60 pounds. Great compact size! Not too big, not super small!
-Big lovebug, loves to cuddle. Loves snuggling on the couch at the end of a long day!
-Moderate to high energy level. Enjoys daily exercise/walks, running outside, car rides.
-Suggested for a home with children around age 8 & up due to activity level
-Can be shy initially when meeting new people; warms up fairly quick, will soon be asking for pets!
- Currently goes to dog daycare and loves it! Might love a similar-size canine buddy in the home.
- She would need a very slow, gradual introduction with cats in the home to teach her not to chase them so to set her up for success we suggest a cats-free home.
-Very treat motivated &willing to learn/train
-Spayed, vaccinated & microchipped
