Additional Comments:
Meet Peanut (aka "Pea"), a 45lb brindle beauty with stunning tiger stripes and a heart of gold. This sweet girl is the perfect mix of high-energy play and house-trained manners.
Peanut loves everyone—women, men, kids, and other dogs! She’s a high-energy gal who needs a home with a yard to zoom in. She rides like a dream in the car and walks well on a leash. She is housebroken and ready to learn, though she’d prefer a home with another large dog to show her the ropes.
Peanut thrives in a detached home (no condos, please!) with a fenced yard. While she’s an angel with humans, she does have some food aggression around other dogs, so she’ll need a family comfortable with managing her during mealtime. Apply today to add this "pea" to your pod.
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
