About Our Foster-to-Adopt Dogs
Many of our dogs come from difficult situations in South Korea. While they are safely rehabilitated at our rescue center, we often have limited information about how they will behave in a home environment.
All dogs receive basic care, socialization, crate introduction, and leash walking while in our care. However, things like house training, shedding, behavior with children, and personality in a home can only truly be discovered once the dog arrives and begins living with a family.
Because of this, we offer a foster-to-adopt program, which allows adopters to spend time getting to know the dog at home before finalizing the adoption. During this time, both you and our team will learn more about the dog's personality, needs, and potential.
Please note that house training and adjustment to a new environment are always a work in progress with rescue dogs, and patience is essential during the transition period.
Our team provides continuous support via Slack to help guide you through the foster-to-adopt experience.
