Unclaimed from City of Minot Animal Impound Services, Frodo is ready to find his new home. He presents initially as untrusting and cautious. Give him a few days for him to realize you're a good person & he is soooo happy to see his people! He is so cute bouncing joyfully to go play outside. He has liked most kennel neighbors, with the exception of Kishka, so we would like him to meet future doggy buds before going home. He has some interest in balls but so far seems to enjoy the company of friends the most. Frodo is a persistent intelligent dog that will attempt to push management boundaries, such as crating. In his kennel run, he grabs bars and has been caught climbing. We highly recommend his adopters to always treat him as a potential flight risk. You can expect your adoption interest to go like this:
1. Submit your electronic form
2. An AEL representative will contact you to schedule a phone call or adoption counsel session.
3. Come to your adoption counsel session to meet the pet you're interested in and ready to take them home with you (dependent on the pet, some need more than one meet)
4. If the pet is determined to be a good fit with your family by both you and the AEL representative, you will sign your contract, submit your adoption payment, and take your new friend home!
