Remainder of puppy shots, and rabies once old enough.

Must be spayed/neutered by the end of July 2026. The appointment is included in the adoption fee at one of the clinics we use and the foster-to-adopt family will need to email GRR to request the appointment when puppy is 18-20 weeks at the clinic closest to them. (Options are Wilmington, Newark, Dover, Georgetown.) Keeping the appointment that's assigned by the clinic will be a condition of adoption. Foster to adopt families must live within one hour of DE and be willing to travel here for the pending appointment.

Housebroken: Working on it and doing very well. No accidents at all in her crate. Uses puppy pad and goes potty on leash walks.

Crate trained: Yes. Goes in readily.

Good in the car: Yes, rides secured in her car bed.

Good on a leash: Yes. A typical doofy puppy, but she likes to go for walks.

Energy level: Puppy Energy level... loves to play. Then she'll settle for a snuggle or a nap.

Need a fenced in yard: No

Dog Friendly: Yes! Loves her foster sisters.

If yes, does your foster need another dog in its adoptive homes? Not necessary, but she'd love the company.

Cat Friendly? Has been fine with 2 cats. No aggression or chasing.

Kid Friendly: Yes. She was very friendly and playful with children she's met.

If yes, what's the youngest child you'd recommend they be placed with? Children who are old enough to be gentle with a puppy, and who can understand about sharp teething puppy teeth.

Special traits that make your foster special or that we need to know about them? Nori is a smart puppy who has kept her crate clean and will signal by whining when she has to potty. She's learning commands..."Nori come" and "sit". She loves to play with toys and her foster (dog) sister. She's very food motivated. She's adventurous and not fearful at all. She navigated steps (as big as her!) on the first try with little coaxing. She's a sweetheart with typical puppy energy. She has a great personality and has been a hit wherever she goes!

Fosters Location: Lewes, De

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
