Meet Scarlett! Scarlett first arrived at Paws Crossed Animal Rescue in Elmsford, NY from North Carolina in 2022, and somehow, she’s still waiting. (She is available to be transported anywhere for the best home) This stunning golden girl has spent 4 years in a kennel, and we truly can’t understand why, because Scarlett is the kind of dog people dream of:

Scarlett is about 4.5 years old, weighs 77.8 lbs, and is truly a one-of-a-kind beauty with long blond locks, warm brown eyes, and a heart that’s still hoping someone will finally choose her.
