I’m a 1-year-old large mixed-breed guy weighing about 55 pounds, with adorable pointy ears and some pretty soulful eyes (or so I’ve been told). I’ve got the looks and the personality to match!
I’m what the humans here call an "all-rounder," which basically means I’m happy doing just about anything — running, playing, exploring, or just hanging out with you, my new best friend. Adventure buddy? Check. Training partner? Check. Couch companion? Also check!
I’m eager to please and love learning, so I’m pretty sure I’d shine in training classes. I’ll work hard to make you proud — and I have a feeling I’ll be your "Top Dog" in no time (at least in your heart!).
While I’ve been here at the shelter, I’ve shown typical dog behavior and haven’t had any documented behavioral concerns. I’ve handled the shelter environment like a champ! Of course, any dog needs time to adjust to a new home, but so far, I’ve shown that I’m a well-rounded, good-natured guy ready for my next chapter.
If you’re looking for a fun-loving, versatile companion who’s ready for whatever the day brings, I’m your Oso! Let’s start our adventure together.
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
