While sniffing them, he has loose body language (body loose, ears neutral, tail neutral and wagging, eyes soft, mouth open). He is not reactive while walking through the kennels.

Outside, Papa Joe is a goofy, playful dog who loves to run around and chase tennis balls. He likes scratches and likes to be in your personal space."
