This handsome 2 year old, brainy boy is on the hunt for his perfect match - and we just know his person is out there. Maybe it's a die-hard border collie fan. Maybe it's someone with a farm. Maybe it's you.
Princeton was transferred to us from Berkeley County with a broken foot, and he has been an absolute champ through his recovery. He's healing beautifully and feeling better every day - now all he needs is a home to call his own.
Here's what we know about our guy:
Very affectionate with people
Super smart (he wants a job!)
Best as the only dog in the home right now
Seems okay with cats
Would do well with older children
Thrives with an active lifestyle
Princeton would LOVE a farm, wide open spaces, and a purpose. He's the kind of dog who doesn't just want a couch - he wants a mission. Daily adventures, chores, training sessions... he's ready.
Princeton earned his K9 Training Novice Tricks certificate 1/15/26 doing 16 tricks, including come, sit look, paws up on the pods, walk on the platform, hand signals, touch, and more.
If you've got land, energy, and a soft spot for a loyal, clever companion, Princeton might just be your perfect partner.
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
