Are you looking for your next best friend? Tyson says “Pick Me”!! This handsome guy is around 1 yr old and weighs approximately 40-45 lbs. Tyson was found with a ligature tie around his rear ankle that was then tied to the railroad track for some time. When he arrived here his leg was in terrible condition and almost totally severed at the ankle. As a result of his injury his Achilles tendon was ruptured which resulted in that part being removed. He has healed up amazingly well and will be able to have full use of his leg once he is fitted with a hock brace to support where the tendon should be. His foster is currently working with a company to make this happen for him. He is an absolutely loveable boy who doesn’t have a mean bone in his body and is compatible with cats, small dogs, large dogs and probably whatever else. He is a mild mannered, walks perfectly on a leash, loves to go for rides in the car and is housebroken provided he has a way to get outside. He is scheduled to be neutered and has his vaccinations. Tysons perfect home would be with a family with kids that will want to play with him, crawl on him, lay with him and love him. He also would greatly benefit from having another dog to play with…big or small, he is good with them all. He loves being outdoors so a family that likes to go camping, hiking or to the beach regularly would be perfect for him.
