RIVER - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Jacksonville, Florida

This tall, elegant, beautiful boy was found wandering and sick by a pier in the city. He’s since recovered and become a staff favorite, though we do know shelter life is getting to him. River is housebroken, smart, and quick to learn—he already knows “sit”, wait”, and “down”, and adores tennis balls above all things. He’s really still a big puppy and while he has some things to learn about personal space, he’s a dog who is eager to please, which should make future training easy and fun.
