Meet Petunia! Petunia is approximately 2 years old, 58 lbs currently and she might have some Husky in her mix! In her foster home, she is house trained, doesn't have much experience with crate training, but does pretty well with her leash walking. She could go to a home with kids and other dogs. No cats, please!
Her foster says, "Petunia is such a good dog! She has had a rough life but she is so sweet and forgiving. She loves people and loves to be loved! She’s not too active for a husky but would still love the occasional hike and longer walk!"
She is available for adoption in Hopkinton or Orange by appointment. Please fill out an application on our website at https://www.browndogcoalition.com/adoptable as a first step.

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
