Nickel and his six siblings were born in our care. Their mama, Prissy, was abandoned in a parking lot in Hobart EXTREMELY pregnant and showing early signs of labor. No mama deserves to labor in a loud and scary shelter. No babies deserve to be born in an overcrowded shelter. Thankfully one of our maternity fosters had space in her home while she whelped her babies! Then another of our fosters took over caring for the family one the pups were a few weeks old.
