Tasha is a timid but very sweet and friendly girl. She is not dog reactive and walks nicely on leash, though she does like to stop often to take in her surroundings. Tasha takes treats very gently and enjoys a calm, reassuring presence.
She would do well with a patient, loving home that will help her build confidence at her own pace. Tasha has a soft, gentle soul and is ready to blossom with the right family.

The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon to 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our adoptable animals with the convenience of an appointment or as a walk-in. Appointments can be made by emailing adoption@wilcotx.gov.
In addition to our main shelter at 1855 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626, you can also meet adoptable dogs at our satellite location, the Red Poppy Adoptique, located at 110 W L Walden Dr, Georgetown, TX 78626.

Looking for a fun way to make a difference? Try our Doggy Day Out program! Take one of our pups on an adventure for a few hours-giving them a much-needed break from the shelter while you enjoy some quality time. The program runs at both locations daily starting at noon.
