This sweet, quiet girl is Molly. She is between 4-5 years old and was surrendered to the Franklin Township Animal Shelter after her owner passed away. Molly was originally brought to the USA from Ukraine as a rescue.
She is a small mixed breed pup who is looking for an ADULT-ONLY home where she can relax, find comfort, and feel loved and secure. She would love nothing more than to spend quiet mornings, going for a leisurely stroll, then curling up for an afternoon nap. Molly is looking for her forever person to be patient with her in order to gain her trust. She needs structure and calm surroundings. She also needs to be the ONLY PET as she has displayed some food guarding issues.
If you think you could provide that environment for Molly, you are welcome to come to the shelter at 475 Demott Lane in Somerset, NJ to complete an adoption application and to meet her. Serious adopters only, please.
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
