Inside the home, Soraya settles in nicely. She is house trained, knows “potty” on command, and rests comfortably in her crate, on a dog bed, or stretched out on the floor nearby. She enjoys chew toys, stuffed animals, and balls, and has not shown destructive behavior when supervised. She handles moderate crating well and appreciates a predictable routine.

Where Soraya truly shines is with dogs her size. Once properly introduced, she blossoms into a playful, engaged companion who enjoys both romping and relaxing alongside a canine friend. A confident, friendly dog in the home would be ideal for her continued growth. At this time, she is not suited for homes with cats or small dogs.

With her trusted people, Soraya is affectionate and loyal. She enjoys scratches and gentle attention and forms strong bonds once she feels secure. She thrives in a calm, structured environment and may be overwhelmed by young children or frequent visitors.

Soraya requires a secure 6-foot privacy fence and careful handling, as she is considered a flight risk if left off-leash. She is currently undergoing heartworm treatment and continuing to build basic obedience and leash skills in foster care.
