Meet Dipsy!
Dipsy is a sweet and curious boy! He loves to play with other small dogs and stuffed toys. He is slightly undersocialized and will need more time than most to fully adjust to a new environment/home. He is a complete sweetheart who loves to play and cuddle with his loved ones. He can be shy at first but he wants to learn to trust and grow. He would do best in a home that is more quiet and is low-traffic. He does fantastic with other small dogs and gets a lot of confidence when in the company of another dog his size. He may take more time than other dogs, but he is still an incredibly loving and silly boy who is looking for his forever home! Dipsy is fully grown at 12 pounds.
