Meet your new regal bestie, Maximus Prime! This guy is sitting right at 100 pounds; that's no walk in the park! Maximus needs a strong hand on his leash and a confident owner that can show him the ropes. When he first arrived in our care, Maximus was a bit nervous but with time and patience, he has started to blossom. Maximus has previously lived with younger teenagers and did well, he does not have any home history with other animals. During a dog introduction at the shelter, Maximus was able to coexist with the other dog. If you have a resident pup at home, we recommend bringing them to the shelter for a meet and greet to ensure compatibility! Maximus can be a little nervous with vet handling, so he requires extra patience to help lower his stress levels. Maximus Prime may only be 4 years old, but he still has so much to learn!
