Daphne is a charming young girl. She is a petite, 35lb fully grown version of English Pointer mix. She has unique markings on her coat that make her one of the kind. Daphne is very sweet and gentle. She is calm and affectionate at home spending most of her time playing with toys or snoozing. She likes to go to the backyard, run in the snow and play with the neighbor’s dogs. She would do great with another dog in the house because of her social temperament. Daphne is very affectionate; she loves to cuddle and to be petted and she loves kids. She does great with small children playing with patience and kindness. She is the absolute social butterfly asking everyone for attention and pets. She is potty trained and walks on the leash with no pulling. She will sit and wait patiently for her food while it’s prepared. She never jumps at people and she is not a barker. After walks she will let you wipe her paws, but she will ask for a treat once it’s done. Daphne brings a lot of positive energy wherever she goes. She is very easy going and low maintenance. She loves attention, good play and food. Please visit Petsmart in Schaumburg during adoption shows or apply for no obligation meet and greet so you can get to know her better. She is waiting for her forever home and people she will love for the rest of her life.

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
