DESCRIPTION
Meet Ice, a 3-year-old girl who tends to be on the quieter, more gentle side when it comes to playing with other dogs. From our observations, Ice can be a bit nervous in new situations and may need some time and patience to build her confidence. She seems to do better when given space to adjust at her own pace. Come meet Ice today! This pet is at risk for euthanasia due to the current shelter capacity. Currently the shelter is above capacity to adequately house and care for animals. If you are interested in helping, please email dasadopt@dallas.gov with your contact information so we can call you back.
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
