When Randy first came to us, this sweet boy had been through more than his fair share of challenges. He arrived underweight, with a deep laceration on his front paw, and tested positive for heartworms. But through it all, Randy never lost his gentle spirit.
Thanks to the care and love he’s received here, Randy has completed his heartworm treatment, reached a healthy weight, and healed beautifully. Now that he’s feeling his best, his true personality is shining through — and what a joy he is!
Randy is a year-and-a-half-old hound mix who doesn’t know a stranger. He greets everyone with a wagging tail and is always ready to make new friends, whether they walk on two legs or four. He loves going for walks, exploring the outdoors, and then finding the perfect sunny spot to relax and soak up the warmth.
This handsome boy has a heart as big as his ears and is ready to find a family who will give him all the love he’s been waiting for. Randy’s story is one of resilience, and now he’s ready for his happily-ever-after!
