Meet Skye! This adorable 3 year old mixed breed who was trapped as a stray after a harrowing ordeal. Skye was dumped at an elementary school ball field and called those woods home for months. Some good folks saw she was heavily pregnant after a while, and worked to trap her. Unfortunately, her pregnancy resulted in infection and none of her babies survived. Now, this precious soul is decompressing in a foster home, learning how to be a real dog and soaking up all the love. Skye will need some extra love and tlc from dedicated adopters, but we've no doubt this lovely little angel will thrive in no time!
