Meet Loki!! This sweet boy has a big heart, a big head, and an even bigger love for people. He thrives on affection, enjoys cuddles, and is happiest when spending time with his humans. Loki loves going on walks and would make a great companion for daily outings and relaxed adventures. In his previous home, Loki was housebroken and crate-trained. Loki does very well with simple instructions, is treat-motivated, and learns new routines quickly. This handsome boy already knows a couple of commands, such as "sit" and "lay down." He enjoys having his own cozy space and responds well to gentle guidance and consistency.
Loki has been around children ages 5 and up and does well! He has previously done well with other dogs, but here at the shelter, he gets very nervous in our dog playgroups. He would benefit from slow and gentle introductions with any other dogs- if you have any dogs at home, we encourage you to bring them to the shelter and do a meet-and-greet here. Loki would do best in a home without any cats. When it comes to bedtime, Loki loves to cuddle up with his favorite blanket, which helps him feel safe and comfortable.
