Brie is the gentle heart of the Short-Cuterie crew. She has a soft, loving nature and a calm presence that really sets her apart. While the others may bounce right into the spotlight, Brie is more likely to sit back patiently and wait for her turn-then melt into you once she gets it. She's especially sweet and less mouthy than her siblings, making her a wonderful choice for someone looking for a more easygoing, affectionate companion.
She loves curling up in your lap for quiet moments, but she's still very much a puppy at heart. Once she's recharged, Brie is happy to hop down and join in the fun-running, playing, and keeping up with her siblings. With her unique markings and gentle personality, Brie is the kind of puppy who will form a deep bond with her person and bring a steady, loving presence to her forever home.
The Short-Cuterie Board Litter is a perfectly mismatched sampler of sweetness, spunk, and scruffy charm. These six puppies are almost 3 months old and weigh between 5-9 pounds, with the boys on the larger side and the girls a bit more petite. Every one of them has their own unique look, but they all share a few adorable traits: short legs, long bodies, and irresistibly scruffy faces that make them look like tiny wise old souls in puppy form.
Breed? Your guess is as good as ours-and honestly, that's part of their magic. This is a true WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) litter: a delightful mystery mix that somehow landed on "absolutely adorable" every single time.
Despite their unknown origins, what is known is their journey. These puppies came into rescue needing everything-food, warmth, safety, and a fresh start. And they've taken full advantage of it. In just a short time, they've learned what it means to have full bellies, soft beds, a routine, and people who care about them.
Now? They're thriving. A few of their favorite things are stuffed toys, tug of war, and chasing balls or each other. They love to play, explore, snuggle, and follow you around like your newest little shadow. Whether they're tumbling over each other, discovering toys, or curling up for a nap, they bring a sense of joy and personality to everything.
Brie is fostered in the Cincinnati area. Her adoption fee is $400.00.
To adopt this animal, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt
All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the animal you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible.
We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LouiesLegacy for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting an animal in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal.
