Luna is a bit of a wallflower who needs a family who will help her blossom. She is a sweet-natured pup who looks to her people for guidance and reassurance. After Luna feels comfortable, she likes to lean in for affection and eat tasty treats. Luna is timid around other dogs, so she'll need slow introductions and will likely do better with calmer, social dogs to help her build her confidence around them. Luna is ready to give her heart to a family who will love her and showing her world isn't so scary.
Luna is a large sized mixed breed dog, approximately 2 years young and currently weighs 63 pounds.
Luna has received their full-service vet care, vaccines, pre-adoption behavior support, microchip and will be spayed. To meet this dog or any of our other ready-for-adoption dogs, visit Gigi's during our open adoption hours listed on www.gigis.org. By adopting a Gigi’s Grad, you are helping other shelter dogs in need get vital care and an opportunity to find a new family, just like yours — together we’re improving the lives of shelter dogs™.

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
