Dakota-aka "Baby"-is a huge loving softie with the calmest soul. He's the definition of a couch potato and would happily trade playtime for a cozy nap any day. Even as a puppy, his energy level is low, and he's much more interested in being near his people than bouncing off the walls.

Dakota is potty trained, kennel trained, and an excellent listener who truly wants to do the right thing. He's great with cats (mostly because he doesn't care about them at all ) and would make an ideal inside dog-he's just too relaxed to insist on the great outdoors. He also prefers the companionship of dogs so he would do best in a forever home with other dogs.

You'll never meet a chiller pup. Dakota is loyal to the core, always ready to be by your side, and will gladly step up to protect the people he loves. If you're looking for a laid-back, affectionate best friend who just wants naps, cuddles, and your company, Dakota is your guy.

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).

Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
