This is Bumper, the most adorable pup who may bump into a few things... but he never lets it slow him down.

Bumper was born with congenital cataracts and is almost fully blind, but you'd never know it from the way he takes on the world. He's incredibly smart, learns his surroundings quickly, and confidently uses his other senses to explore like a pro. Once he gets the lay of the land, he's off on his next little adventure.

He's silly, playful, and loves to snuggle. One minute he's bravely exploring, the next he's curled up in your lap soaking up all the love. He is working on potty training and doing great, but like any puppy, he'll need consistency as he keeps learning. He is technically kennel trained as far as keeping his kennel clean, but he doesn't love being alone and would much rather be near his people or another dog.

Bumper would do best in a home with another friendly dog to keep him company and help show him the ropes. He may be blind, but this sweet boy is full of confidence, love, and personality!

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs over 9 months), FIV/FeLV test (cats - one in the litter), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).

Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
