WINTER is a 1 year old mixed breed taken in as a lost dog on 12/30/25. With a soft, breezy personality, she's a friendly, sometimes shy girl. Neither a sprinter nor a strong puller, Winter's an easy walker. She sat on her own for treats and takes them gently. When you tap your hand on your hip, she'll jump up, putting her paws on your waist. At first, Winter presents as serious and coy, but give her a little time to adjust and her sweet, happy and playful self shines through. Her adoption fee is $150 and helps cover the cost of her spay, vaccinations, worming, monthly flea and heart worm preventive, microchip and care while at CCHS. Winter will melt your heart and warm your spirit through every season.
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
