Shy at first, but a goofy, loving boy once he feels safe!

Wallace came to us at just 6 months old after being raised outside and away from people. Because of this, he can be very shy and slow to trust, but there isn't a mean bone in his body. With patience and love, his silly, happy personality shines through!

Wallace is smart, observant, curious, and a great communicator. Once he's comfortable, he loves attention, kisses on the head, back scratches, and being near his people. He's also a professional zoomie expert, often racing in circles before finishing with a flying hop!

He loves walks, stuffed toys, treats, peanut butter, stuffed Kongs, and playing in the kiddie pool. He especially enjoys sticking his whole snout in the water and digging around!

Wallace loves other dogs and would do best with a canine companion who enjoys playing and wrestling. He can be a very vocal player. Due to his prey drive, caution with cats is recommended.

Wallace is looking for a patient, loving, and understanding family willing to give him time to build confidence. Once he trusts you, you'll discover what a truly wonderful boy he is!
