12/19/25: I took Nova Love outside today. In the kennel she is very energetic and jumpy. She was easy to leash, but pulls hard when walking. She needs leash training. She has a high energy level. She seems to know how to sit on command. She's super cuddly and playful.
12/21/25: Nova Love had a meet and greet with one adult male, one adult female, and two male children. In the kennel she was very excited, her tail was wagging and she had loose body posture. It was hard leashing her, she did burst out of the kennel and evaded the leash. She pulled hard on the leash, she will need leash training. She had the same excitable energy when outside as in the kennel. She was very playful with the potential adopters. She would run up to them and jump on them. Initially when a dog was passing by she was playfully interested. Then that dog reacted by lunging and biting at the fence and she gave him a similar reaction. She had to be picked up to be put back in her kennel.
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
