Twyla is a 3-year-old sweetheart who has clearly decided that people are her favorite thing in the world. Her story started in a pretty memorable way—she was found hanging out in the drive-through of a KFC/Taco Bell in Atlanta—and she’s been charming everyone she meets ever since.

This girl is as confident as she is friendly. Twyla is not shy at all and takes new sights, sounds, and situations in stride. She’s met men, women, andĀlotsĀof kids (including groups visiting on field trips) and has been gentle, happy, and social with everyone. No fear, no hesitation—just a wagging tail and a sweet personality.

Twyla has an incredibly soft coat with very minimal shedding, making her even more irresistible for cuddles. She absolutely loves full-body pets and snuggles and has no issues with handling. When treats are involved (and she loves food of all kinds—even cucumbers!), she always takes them politely and gently.

She’s done well meeting other dogs and comes across as friendly and social. While she hasn’t been officially cat tested, she did notice a tiny kitten nearby and showed no reaction. Twyla is curious by nature and enjoys exploring new environments, but she has a lovely medium energy level—happy to join you for an adventure and just as happy to relax by your side afterward.
