Hi everyone, it’s-a me, Mario!

I may not come with a red hat or a kart, but I do come all the way from Barbados with a heart full of love and a tail that never hits pause. My tail starts wagging the second I wake up and just keeps going, I've just got that zest for life! You could say I’m permanently powered-up with a Super Star of joy!

My foster parents say I’m just a happy guy. Happy to be here, happy to see you, happy to nap, happy to go on adventures, you get the idea - I'm just thrilled to be with you! I’m the perfect mix of playful puppy energy and pretty solid adult manners (okay okay, I’m still working on trying not to counter surf, but nobody's perfect!)

My daily routine is pretty chill. I love a good walk (sometimes I get so excited that I pull a little, but I'm sure you can help me with that), exploring the outdoors like it’s my own Mushroom Kingdom, and then balancing it out with some top-tier couch naps. I’m a big fan of my Kong. Sometimes I work on it in my crate, sometimes I carry it around like it’s my prized power-up. I'm also learning the joy of stuffies!

I love people, kids included! When I meet someone new, I’m basically like “LET’S-A GO!” with full-body wiggles. I get along great with other dogs and can happily share my castle or be your one-and-only hero. Now, I’ll be honest, if there’s food left unattended, I might go into full Mario Kart mode and zoom on over to check it out. But I’m super smart, very food-motivated, and ready to level up my training with you.

At the end of the day, I’m just a sweet, goofy, loving boy looking for my forever player two. Someone to go on adventures with, share snacks with, and curl up beside after a long day of playing and napping (and saving Mushroom Kingdom).
