Mixed Breed and Rottweiler Dogs Available for Adoption

Big Guy is a super fun and friendly fellow. He plays well with other dogs in the play yard and has a sweet personality.

We feel Big Guy is approximately a year old and weighs 40 lbs.

Important Information:

Dogs that are not yet spayed or neutered are available for "Foster-to-Adopt."

Please note: We only offer fostering to individuals in and around Nevada County.

Our foster-to-adopt program is for dogs awaiting their spay or neuter. During this period, you’ll foster until their spay/neuter surgery is complete, after which the adoption becomes official.

Adoption fee is $125.00. Sammie’s Friends dogs are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and are up to date on their flea, tick and heartworm prevention prior to adoption.

The Rottweiler is a powerful and loyal breed known for its robust build and confident demeanor. Originating from Germany, these dogs are renowned for their intelligence, making them excellent guard and working dogs. Rottweilers are known for their distinctive black and tan markings, along with their calm and confident temperament. With proper training and socialization, they can be affectionate companions and effective protectors, embodying the qualities of courage, strength, and loyalty.
