Mixed Breed and None Dogs Available for Adoption in Buffalo, Minnesota

QUEST

Mixed Breed, None
🇺🇸
Buffalo, Minnesota
May 12th
male, medium, young

DESCRIPTION

Location: Monticello, MN

Quest has been eager to please in the short time he's been with us. You can tell house living is new to him, but he is learning. In the short time we've had him, he recalls upon whistling to him, gets into the truck on his own, independently goes into his crate by himself, sits on command for a treats, and loves hearing the words "good boy". He's begun to understand that pottying for the outdoors too.

Quest does great with all other dogs and has come to love trips to the dog park. With fishing opener over the past weekend we found that while he was initially hesitant about the lake, he came to love splashing around in areas where he could touch the bottom. He's unsure about the fish that come out of the lake but loved being in the boat with us.

Quest is a sponge for affection and when scolded he's quick to give his belly in apology. There's a lot of love in this little package and he's eager to share it!

The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs over 9 months), FIV/FeLV test (cats - one in the litter), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).

Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
