Meet Pepper!

Pepper is an 18-month-old Schnauzer weighing around 10–15 pounds, and she is overflowing with love and affection. If you’re looking for a dog that wants to be your constant companion, Pepper may be the perfect match.

This sweet girl absolutely adores people. Some might even say she’s a little “needy,” but we like to think of it as being wonderfully devoted. Pepper loves attention and wants to be wherever her person is. She’ll happily follow you from room to room, keeping you company throughout the day. She loves being picked up, cuddled, and showered with affection, and she soaks up every bit of love you give her.

One of Pepper’s cutest habits is her adorable little paw tap—she’ll gently reach out with her paw when she wants your attention, and it’s impossible not to smile when she does it.

Pepper sleeps well in her crate at night, though we’re pretty sure she’d be thrilled to snuggle up in bed with her person if given the chance. She’s also been doing great with going to the bathroom outside and enjoys spending time in the yard running around and playing.

She gets along well with other dogs, both big and small. However, Pepper would do best in a home without cats, as she tends to chase them and shows a little too much interest.

Pepper is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and will have a health certificate prior to adoption. She has done well with everyone she’s met so far, including both kids and adults.

Pepper is truly a loving, affectionate little dog who just wants a family to adore and spend lots of time with. If you’re looking for a loyal sidekick who will happily be by your side every day, Pepper might be the perfect addition to your home.
