Collins is a 3-year-old, 13-pound mini poodle who is just beginning to discover how good life can be. After spending his entire life in a puppy mill, everything in the world still feels new to him — but he’s making wonderful progress every day.

Collins is a gentle, sweet boy who will need a patient and understanding adopter willing to give him time to build trust (and maybe a few extra-tasty treats to help along the way). Once he feels safe, his personality continues to blossom.

He takes great comfort in the company of other animals and does well with dogs, cats, and respectful children. Collins would truly thrive in a home with another dog (or several!) to help him feel confident and learn the routine of family life.
