Meet Terry!

Terry is a 5 year old Poodle mix (possibly with a little Terrier!) weighing about 10–15 pounds of pure sweetness. This adorable little guy may have had a rough start to life, but he’s now safe in a loving foster home where he’s discovering just how good life can be.
He is right here in NH waiting for his special family.

Terry can be a bit shy when you first meet him. He just needs a few quiet moments to take everything in. But once his tiny tail starts wagging and he realizes he can trust you, his true personality shines. Underneath that initial shyness is a gentle, loving, and loyal little gem.

He seems to bond more quickly with women and may take a bit longer to warm up to men. We don’t know much about his past, but it’s clear he just needs patience, kindness, and reassurance. With time and consistency, he absolutely blossoms — and once he trusts you, you’ll have a devoted companion for life.

Terry gets along wonderfully with other dogs, big and small, and can even be playful with them. He has also done well around cats. He truly enjoys having furry friends around and would likely do great in a home with another kind, confident dog.

He does well going potty outside and has also used pads. Terry really aims to please and wants nothing more than to make his people proud and happy. He melts for baby talk, lights up for yummy treats, and has a soft spot for squeaky toys.

Terry is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and will have his health certificate prior to adoption.

This sweet boy is ready to leave his past behind and start the bright future he deserves. With patience, love, and a gentle heart, Terry will reward his forever family with loyalty, sweetness, and quiet devotion.
