Reggie and his brother were found near a rural worksite in an area we help in south Texas. Someone saw him and asked us for help. We were able to save him because one of our fosters agreed to bring him into her home. He is a very affectionate little boy, and he has completed his veterinary care. We hope he’ll find a wonderful forever home and always be loved.
Reggie loves to be held and snuggle on his person’s lap. He is quiet and isn’t high energy. He is timid when he meets new people, but gets comfortable quickly once he feels safe.
Reggie is house trained, leash trained and crate trained. He loves other dogs and has been great with children as young as 5. He is also cat friendly.
Reggie is 10 months old and weighs 12 pounds. We think he’s a Miniature Pinscher and Dachshund mix.
Reggie is neutered, vaccinated for rabies, DHPP and Bordetella. He is also microchipped, heartworm negative and is current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
Reggie can arrive in Indianapolis on 2/27. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out the application found here: https://throwadogabone.org/adopt.
