Miniature Pinscher and Mixed Breed Dogs Available for Adoption

***Out of an abundance of caution, our public dog kennels are temporarily closed due to a sick puppy in the kennel area. This dog entered the shelter after the puppy’s diagnosis, has been housed separately with no exposure, and appears healthy and is available to meet during our open adoption hours: Monday–Friday 10:00am–12:30pm and 2:00pm–4:30pm, with additional hours Thursday 4:00pm–6:30pm and Saturday 9:00am–1:30pm.

Rusty is a 7-year-old male Miniature Pinscher mix with a sweet, loyal personality and a big heart. He came to us through no fault of his own and is ready for a calm, loving forever home where he can feel safe and cherished.

Rusty enjoys quiet companionship, cozy spots to relax, and the chance to snuggle with his people. He previously lived with another small dog and does well with canine friends, making him a great addition to a household with another friendly pup. Rusty thrives in a calm environment and will shine with a family that can give him patience, love, and routine.
