DESCRIPTION
Little Jesse has come a long way and deserves a forever home now! Jesse was first taken into a foster-based rescue after coming in as an emaciated stray. Jesse is a little on the shy side and can stiffen up and be scared at first but once he's comfortable, he's the sweetest little dog!!
Although his introverted personality makes him not a good fit with kids, he does enjoy wrestling with other dogs and loves to hide chew toys in his bed!
He is a very sweet boy and once he's comfortable, he will jump up and asked to be picked up but that will take a bit. He eats his food really fast, so we recommend using a slow feeder for him (free with adoption!).
Kennel trained. He is a quiet dog, not much of a barker at all. He likes to steal chewies and toys and will hide them in his bed...he will literally sleep on them!
Jesse loves his kennel; if not sunbathing that is where you will find him. He sleeps and eats in his kennel at night with no issues. Previously he was fostered with cats and did ok, but that was over a year ago. He's likely good with them still with a proper introduction.
