Say hello to Cooper - an 11 pound neutered male puppy who is about 7 months old. He's spunky and very sweet once you give him a few minutes to get to know you. He'd love a lap to chill in and his own family to entertain. He's dog-friendly, neutered, and ready to get out of the shelter.
